ANP City Council mayoral candidate killed in DI Khan




City Council mayoral candidate Omar Khattab Sherani was shot dead in Dera Ismail Khan.

Police say gunmen opened fire on Omar Khattab Sherani outside his house in the morning, killing him on the spot.

Police say Omar Khattab Sherani's body has been shifted to Trauma Center for autopsy.

DI Khan City Council mayoral candidate Omar Khattab Sherani belonged to Awami National Party.

It may be recalled that today is the last day of the election campaign for the local body elections to be held on December 19 in 17 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the candidates are pushing hard for their victory.
